Marqué y marqué durante horas y hasta que me contestaron!! y por fin dijeron que fue un error de dedo al momento de enviar el correo y lo único que me ofrecieron como compensación, debido a que mi Gine me los volvió a solicitar, fue que me hacían 15% de descuento para volvémelos a hacer!!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN A CTE., ADEMAS DE CARO, PERSONAL INEFICIENTE, NO CAPACITADO, NO DA NADA DE CONFIANZA NI SEGURIDAD. JAMÁS VUELVO A IR. NO VAYAN!!!
I paid for my studies and they never reached my mail. I dialed and dialed for hours and until they answered me !! And finally they said that it was a finger error when sending the email and the only thing they offered me as compensation, because my Gine asked me again, was that they gave me a 15% discount to do it again !! ! POOR SERVICE, POOR ATTENTION TO CTE., IN ADDITION TO EXPENSIVE, INEFFICIENT PERSONNEL, NOT TRAINED, DOES NOT GIVE ANYTHING OF CONFIDENCE OR SECURITY. I NEVER GO AGAIN. DO NOT GO!!!
