Terrible service from your HR team. It's been more than 3 months since I resigned and since then they only go around for the settlement, they don't answer calls or messages or emails, and when I go they just tell me more and more excuses up to the present date I demand answer and of course MY SETTLEMENT!!!! Mónica Jiménez from wave 8 comcast IN CASE SOMEONE TAKES THE TIME TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND GIVE ME A SOLUTION!!!!!!!!.

Don't do that, everyone's time is valuable and it's wrong to change their schedule as they please, the work is too heavy so they don't pay what they should, why not, we all join together and sue them before the corresponding body and incidentally making a complaint so that they do an audit since they evade taxes, check well if they have their operating license in order and verify all contracts.

I do not recommend it, it is a terrible place to work, they are not transparent in the information starting from HR, froylan ortiz, if that is his real name, he wasted my time and was very rude. It is an outsourcing. They make you sign a contract in the name of another company and leave a large blank space between the contract and your signature, they never give you a copy, nor do they let you take photos of it. They make you accept that they change your hiring place and hours in the same contract. They register you before the minimum wage in the IMSS. They come out with anything to not give you the bonuses. They discount the days even if you justify them. They don't give good training, you go in to take calls without knowing what to do because they don't give complete information. They change your schedules and campaigns from one day to the next. If they want to fire you, they charge you with administrative records and force you to sign a resignation, then they don't pay the settlement, and they don't show up to the conciliation hearings. It is a good place to work if you don't know advanced English and you can practice, but if you are looking for something formal this is not the place. It's been a little over 3 months since I resigned and they haven't paid me my severance pay or the working days that remained to be paid, nor have they attended any conciliation hearing.

It was not a pleasant experience working with them. The supervisors do not know how to give you a solution to the problems you have, I was the two weeks of training that supposedly pay 100% and they did not pay me what I was entitled to, they paid me 1,700 filthy pesos, they cheat you with one salary and give you another. In the contract you quote the minimum in imss, they tell you one thing and come out with another and honestly the work is too heavy to have a miserable day off. And they wash your brain saying that if you attend all the training they send you to the Home Office, then you have to meet certain metrics, then you have to sell, and so they put more and more obstacles on you. In addition to that, their equipment does not work, I had to go to call testing, and the system did not work, dirty equipment, old but functional computers, used headsets, in the midst of a pandemic there should be more cleaning. I don't recommend it unless you are very very very needy.
