me desagradó el mal estado de algunos juguetes que estaban rotos y sucios y se nota mucho que no limpian o desinfectan los juegos. No se me hace un lugar seguro para los niños, menos para los que se meten todo a la boca.
Hace falta coordinación y motivación del personal, estaban todo haciéndolo al aventón y sin ganas.
Sugiero que hagan una buena revisión de sus instalaciones, juegos y juguetes, por el bienestar de sus clientes y para que tengan buena presentación.
It's a good room for a small party, but
I disliked the bad state of some toys that were broken and dirty and it shows a lot that they do not clean or disinfect the games. I don't find a safe place for children, except for those who put everything in their mouths.
It takes coordination and motivation of the staff, they were all doing it to the lift and without desire.
I suggest that you make a good review of your facilities, games and toys, for the well-being of your customers and for them to have a good presentation.
