El sabor es el mismo que en la zona de Oaxaca no Oaxaca centro ahí esta muy comercializado e ingredientes con químicos. El sabor textura es totalmente original la tlayuda le pusieron chapulines de los pequeños bárbaro un gran sabor se siente el epazote el chorizo se deshace en la boca es carne no queda la boca con grasa todo el tiempo. Me tomé un chocolate de agua original de los pocos con sabor a cacao y no azucar pintada de negro. La salsa muy rica . Pocos lugares ofrecen chiles de agua son 100 % oaxaqueños recomendable para comer de en verdad calidad y trasladarse a Oaxaca a mi mé tocó la suerte de mi tlayuda azul. Recomiendo las tlayudas con tasajo o cecina acompañadas de un pan de llema y cafe. Los ingredientes son orgánicos y de primera calidad. El servicio estuvo excelente.
