I want to expose my case with a purchase that I make in the furniture store, I bought my room at El Buen Fin and they told me that the delivery time was 3 months, which I accepted, they informed me that after a month and a half my room was ready, they scheduled the delivery and they arrived with the room and they wanted to deliver it to me with a cushion of a different color (on December 18), I returned it and they told me that they would take care of it, I had to follow up because they never contacted me, they did not give me an answer until January 4, which in 20 days they would deliver it to me, when the 20 days passed I wrote and they asked me if they could go through another cushion for the sample and I would have it in 1 week at the latest, I spend that week and they told me that I would have it Friday or Saturday at the latest , to date it has been 16 days and I have not received my complete product, the person who is assisting me is Karen Ceja who I would evaluate with inefficient attention, she does not know anything, she does not answer and much less follow up. I hope to have my complete product by this weekend at the latest or I will have to call PROFECO so that they can solve it.
