First of all the employees at the front desk have no idea of service and do not know how to listen. The wood that was delivered had saw cut on both sides and warped. I brought the bab wood they delivered back and they were very difficult- waited approx 30 mins to exchange three boards.
The younger lady with the glasses at the front desk was arrogant with the staff and myself .
They are very expensive compared to the market and most of all they delivered bad quality wood
Still waiting for my wood to be exchanged 45 mins and they front desk take no action to ensure the exchange.
As I mentioned do not buy your material here !!!!
