★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es bueno, pero su secretaria y enfermera es NEFASTA! ya sea por teléfono o en persona, es grosera e insolente y no esta capacitada para tratar a los pacientes con respeto y cordialidad. No entiendo como es posible que esta persona la atienda a los pacientes???

el 27 de enero de 2018 compre un grupón por una consulta .
Fue mi primera compra y estoy más que molesta e inconforme por todo lo sucedido desde entonces.
1.- llame para agendar unos días despues de haber comprado mi grupon, la chica de recepción se porto muy grosera cuando le dije que tenia el grupon.
2.- Los detalles de mi grupon traen un horario abierto para poder agendar, al decir que era de grupon me dieron un horario completamente distinto con la explicación de que por ser de grupon tienen un horario de atención en un horario completamente distinto al que manejan en la descripción del grupon.
3.- cuando después de ver mis alternativas acabe aceptando en el horario que ellos me daban, para grupon la fecha más cercana era tres meses después de mi compra. Una vez más me vi obligada a aceptar.
4.- Despúes de los largos meses de espera hoy llamo solo para confirmar que mañana me presentaria en el horario pactado y la misma grosera recepcionista me dice que me llamo a mi celular y que me dejo un mensaje diciendo que había cambiado mi cita para una hora más tarde. NUNCA RECIBÍ NI TAL LLAMADA NI TAL MENSAJE Y DE NO HABER LLAMADO YO MISMA EL DÍA DE MAÑANA ME HUBIERAN TENIDO ESPERANDO .
5.- Al decirle que no podía asistir a la nueva hora programada por ella sin consultarme porque tomaría un vuelo, me dijo que me presentara y se lo dijera yo misma al doctor por que solo a esa hora podía atenderme.
POR FAVOR HAGAN ESTE TIPO DE CONVENIOS CON PERSONAS SERIAS Y NO CON CONSULTORIOS QUE SE CONDUCEN DE ESTA MANERA.

On January 27, 2018 I bought a group for a consultation.
It was my first purchase and I am more than annoyed and dissatisfied by everything that has happened since then.
1.- Call to schedule a few days after buying my group, the girl at the reception was very rude when I told her I had the group.
2.- The details of my group bring an open schedule to be able to schedule, when I said that I was from a group they gave me a completely different schedule with the explanation that because they are a group they have a business hours at a completely different time than they manage in the group description.
3.- when after seeing my alternatives I end up accepting in the schedule they gave me, for group the closest date was three months after my purchase. Once again I was forced to accept.
4.- After the long months of waiting today I call only to confirm that tomorrow I would show up at the agreed time and the same rude receptionist tells me that she called my cell phone and that she left me a message saying that she had changed my appointment for a hour later. I NEVER RECEIVED NEITHER SUCH A CALL OR SUCH A MESSAGE AND IF I HAD NOT CALLED MYSELF THE MORNING DAY, THEY WOULD HAVE HAVE KEPT ME WAITING.
5.- When I told her that I could not attend the new time scheduled by her without consulting me because I would be taking a flight, she told me to introduce myself and tell the doctor myself because only at that time could I be seen.
PLEASE MAKE THIS TYPE OF AGREEMENTS WITH SERIOUS PEOPLE AND NOT WITH OFFICES THAT CONDUCT THEMSELVES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ESTAFA!!! no lo recomiendo. Fuimos a otro ginecólogo revisaron a mi esposa y le dijo que lo único que hizo fue un mal procedimiento innecesario. Buscaremos como escalar el caso a la CONAMED o a los hospitales donde atiende para que no le suceda a alguien mas. Cuando le solicitamos un resumen de los estudios que solicitó NUNCA mando información. Y hay más pacientes que se quejan de el en otros medios. Cuidense!!!
Terrible SCAM service !!! I do not recommend it. We went to another gynecologist who checked my wife and said that all she did was an unnecessary bad procedure. We will look for how to escalate the case to CONAMED or the hospitals where it attends so that it does not happen to someone else. When we ask you for a summary of the studies you requested, I NEVER send information. And there are more patients who complain about it in other media. Take care !!!

El tipo este, porque no se le puede llamar doctor, estuvo acosando e insinuándosele a mi esposa que estuvo llevando su control con el, cuando mi esposa me dijo fui a reclamarle, pero su compinche enfermera siempre me lo negaron, el caso ya lo tenemos denunciado! Por favor no acudan con este tipo porque es un asco como doctor! Abusa y graba a sus pacientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo lo conoci hace 14 años cuando fui para el ultrasonido de mi hija y todo estaba bien y nacio bien mi hija despues tuve a mi hijo hace 8 años con el en el hospital san hipolito de la roma por medio de cerarea programada y un gran doctor me atendio muy bien y sus colaboradores tambien y todas sus atenciones fueron buenas.
yo no tengo quejas de un gran doctor.
a mi si me entrego las interpretaciones, estudios y recibos para la aseguradora, y una gran atencion del doctor cuando le llamaba para alguna situacion de mis embarazos y de su secretaria
