Confirmé mi cita con ella y al llegar al hospital para la consulta, la recepcionista argumentó que le estuvo localizando para confirmar la cita y cuando le demostré que ya estaba confirmada, argumentó que había tenido una emergencia la doctora. Falta de profesionalismo, ética y seriedad al citar a los pacientes sin atenderlos.
Terrible attention from the doctor. I confirmed my appointment with her and when I arrived at the hospital for the consultation, the receptionist argued that she was locating him to confirm the appointment and when I showed her that it was already confirmed, she argued that the doctor had had an emergency.
