Más de dos horas esperando pasar a consulta... eso no es ser profesional ( porque no había ninguna urgencia., de ser así lo entendería. ( me molesta !!!) por qué no respetan a la hora que dicen??? They take too long to check out. Waiting for more than two hours to go to the consultation... that is not being professional (because there was no urgency. If so, I would understand. (it bothers me!!!) why don't they respect the time they say???

X	Xiuh Montes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos la cita a las 12.20. Nos atendieron a las 2.30. Todavía el doctor ni para disculparse o justificarse. Si quisiera esperar tanto iría al seguro. Además te dan el número para una urgencia, la marqué porque la paciente tuvo reacción al medicamento y no solo me colgó a mitad de la llamada, me preguntó que si podía llamarme después, nunca me llamó. Muy poco profesionales, como si te regalaran el servicio ? We made the appointment at 12.20. They attended to us at 2.30. Still the doctor neither to apologize or justify himself. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to the insurance. They also give you the number for an emergency, I dialed it because the patient had a reaction to the medication and not only did she hang up in the middle of the call, she asked if she could call me later, she never called me. Very unprofessional, as if they gave you the service ?
