★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr Becerril hizo un plan de terapia para nuestro familiar y nos aseguró acudiría un fisioterapeuta a dar la sesión por la mañana. El fisioterapeuta no acudió a la primer sesión. Al día siguiente acudió 1 hora y media después de la hora acordada, siendo que se le insistió numerosas veces en el horario. El horario ya había sido acordado tanto con el Dr como con el fisioterapeuta, el cual se había comprometido a no volver a faltar y a llegar a la hora debida. A pesar de eso, llegó tarde.
Cobró la hora completa y solo dio media hora de terapia. El fisioterapeuta dijo que el paciente no toleraría más de media hora al día y se rehusó a dar más tiempo de terapia, también comentó que el paciente iba a tomar meses de recuperación (coincidiendo con lo que comentó el Dr). El cobro era 450 pesos por sesión. Ibamos a volver a llamar a la persona pero pronto encontramos a otra persona que cobra 300 pesos por hora, la cual le estuvo dando dos horas de terapia al día y en un mes, mi padre ya está caminando. Mi experiencia fue mala, espero esta reseña la tomen en cuenta y mejoren su servicio.
Dr Becerril made a therapy plan for our family member and assured us that a physiotherapist would attend the session in the morning. The physiotherapist did not attend the first session. The next day he went 1 hour and a half after the agreed time, being insisted many times on the schedule. The schedule had already been agreed with both the Dr and the physiotherapist, who had promised not to miss again and arrive at the right time. Despite that, he was late.
He charged the full hour and only gave half an hour of therapy. The physiotherapist said that the patient would not tolerate more than half an hour a day and refused to give more time for therapy, also said that the patient was going to take months of recovery (coinciding with what the Dr commented). The charge was 450 pesos per session. We were going to call the person again but soon we found another person who charged 300 pesos per hour, which was giving him two hours of therapy a day and in a month, my father is already walking. My experience was bad, I hope this review is taken into account and improve their service.
