★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, el diagnostico lo enviaron a tiempo. Aunque no tuvo reparación el dispositivo que llevé me pareció un servicio muy profesional y sin duda lo usaré de nuevo si lo requiero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si llevas un monitor a reparación por garantía te atienden de mala manera. Inmediatamente que comentas la situación y tus deseos de obtener la garantía de un producto, buscan la manera de no aplicar la garantía poniendo pretextos absurdos. No los recomiendo, si buscas reparar algo mejor piensa en otro centro de servicio.
Terrible service. If you take a monitor for warranty repair, they treat you badly. As soon as you comment on the situation and your desire to obtain a product warranty, they look for a way not to apply the warranty by making absurd excuses. I do not recommend them, if you are looking to repair something better think of another service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos dos proyectores profesionales para un mantenimiento preventivo. Primero en lugar de hacer el diagnóstico en una semana como prometido, se tardaron mucho más. Luego los equipos necesitaban un mantenimiento correctivo y se tardaron muchísimo en hacerlo (en parte porque tenían que pedir piezas). Eso no fue el problema principal, sino que desde entonces los dos proyectos están fallando repetidamente, lo que no hicieron antes. Desafortunadamente no puedo recomendar el servicio.
We carry two professional projectors for preventive maintenance. First instead of making the diagnosis in a week as promised, it took much longer. Then the teams needed corrective maintenance and it took a long time to do so (partly because they had to order parts). That was not the main problem, but since then the two projects are repeatedly failing, which they did not do before. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias por avisarme casi dos meses después que la garantía no era aplicable con ustedes, claramente el servicio al cliente es pésimo, no se da seguimiento a los casos a no ser que estemos llamando semana con semana.
Thank you for notifying me almost two months later that the guarantee was not applicable with you, clearly the customer service is lousy, cases are not followed up unless we are calling week after week.
