Pesimo servicio para atender al cliente, estuve esperando dos horas y no la señorita de recepción no sabia cuanto tiempo mas tardaría, no fui el único que mejor se fue, deberian de avisar con anticipación este tipo de situaciones , hablando con personas que acuden me dicen que esto es muy comun asi que tomen sus precauciones.

Excelente Doctor, quede muy Satisfecha, me fui a quitar varios lunares de mi cara de primero sentí desconfianza por que me quedo con muchos granitos por el láser pero después de 4 días se me cayo la cascarita y el resultado fue excelente!! Muy contenta tenía años que lo quería hacer pero me daba miedo, ahora si regresaré x otras cosas, mi amiga tambien se reafirmó los pechos y quedó encantada, lo mejor de todo es que hace un excelente trabajo y da precio razonable?? honestamente recomendable este Doctor!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. The Doctors are meticulous with their work and very well mannered. The clinic itself is very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this clinic for your surgical needs.

Make sure to have a paper trail of conversations with your coordinator because she is either a liar or very forgetful. There is no organization from the start. No way to fill out past surgical history. They just ask about all of that over the phone and via text. The initial conversation with my coordinator consisted of her looking at my pictures for a quote. I have a long, visible scar on my back and she asked me in an audio message where the scar was from. I sent her a text back explaining this was from a rod placed for Scoliosis. She didn’t mention anything else after that. I remember sending a text with my surgical history and dates. Whatever you do, DO NOT DELETE MESSAGES. I found these messages would have been important now, but since that message thread contained my pictures I deleted the whole thread. Fast forward to a week before surgery, I had to reach to her which I thought was odd. I asked many questions that I felt needed to be addressed way before a week prior to surgery. I always had to reach out to her. The week before after a few text messages, she called and we went over everything. Again, she asked about the scar on my back and mentioned this may be an issue with the epidural so she stated she would ask the anesthesiologist about general anesthesia instead. She also pushed for extended tummy tuck because she said the rolls on my lower back would cause “dog ears” if I just got the regular tummy tuck. I respected her judgement and went with it. The day before my surgery, she is asking once again about the scar on my back and saying the epidural is out and it will have to be general. With general, they would not be able to all of the surgeries I wanted for safety reasons, but could do breast and regular tummy tuck. I remind her of her warning in the regular tummy tuck and she started backtracking saying that she meant it was just a possibility of dog ears. So at first it was definite dog ears, now it’s a possibility? She made the comment regarding the scoliosis situation and that it had not been disclosed to her. She argued about it with me. Three times she was told, plus the PICTURES she was sent when we initially talked. I told her to cancel the surgery and of course she said the deposit is non refundable because I selectively canceled. Why would I put my trust in your word? She was so scattered it was unreal. No organization whatsoever. I noticed she left a good review on here for the ratings. I would love to know if anyone else has issues with them. Just know to always keep a paper trail and don’t let her call you, make her text.

I had rhinoplasty/septoplasty on 4/9/22. Dr. Saenz Assistant, Diana is golden. She made everything very easy for me and is such a sweetheart. I'm from Houston, Texas and no very little Spanish but was still able to get safe, affordable health care. Dr Saenz doesn't do noses but has a specialist come in every few months for it. Both the specialist and Dr Saenz are very welcoming, professional, and competent surgeons. This clinic goes above and beyond. I look forward to coming back to Dr Saenz once I'm done breastfeeding, so I can get a mommy makeover.
