Today I went to consult with Dr. Crecencio according to a very good ophthalmologist, maybe it is, that is in doubt because I made an appointment almost a month before the date, I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, I asked the receptionist How many patients are there before me, which answers there are four people. I took a seat, took two places in the waiting room, after passing six patients, I asked the receptionist again how many patients are going to pass before me, answering: This is what I'm going to ask your secretary, pick up the phone and calls, the secretary answers saying that right now she is going to tell the doctor to see what time they are going to pass me, an absolute lack of respect stops me, first: that I was waiting two hours, second: wait and not receive attention, third: the attitude of the secretary, receptionist and doctor. Four ask for your phone number and they don't even have the grace to inform you that they have a delay in patient care. Conclusions. He may be the best doctor but with these attitudes I would say that he is a doctor lacking in ethics and professionalism so much that it is transmitted to his employees.

Our appointment was at 12:20 a.m., we arrived at 12:00 and they let us know that the doctor had gone to an operation that we waited for at 2 o'clock or that the reagendan. We decided to wait for us because we came from another state. It was 2:10 and we asked how much longer the doctor would take, and they tell us that in 10 or 12 minutes more. And at 2:30 we decided to leave. They never offered an apology, the secretaries very despotic and disorganized. I do not recommend them for anything in the world
