Tenía una cita a las 14.00 para una operación (reservada 2 días antes y yo confirmada a las 12.00 el mismo día). 17.00 Todavía estaba esperando. Entonces me fui. ¡Evitar!
Horrible! I had to wait 3 hours for an operation!
I had an appointment at 2:00 pm for an operation (booked 2 days before and I confirmed at 12.00 the same day). 17.00 I was still waiting. Then I left. Avoid!
