★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen la amabilidad de responder el teléfono para agendar cita te cuelgan la llamada (la nueva asistente de turno vespertino es una persona prepotente(me dice con tono sarcástico, que no esta solo para responder mi llamada), y se molesta por que le comente que tenia mas de una hora insistiendo a que me respondieran y aunque no esta solo para responder mi llamada, por atención al paciente, bien podría responder para dar el servicio) muy decepcionada, mi bebe es paciente desde el mes de edad y ya tiene 2 años. Es la desventaja de querer tener un pediatra de cabecera. Les recomiendo buscar otra mejor opción.
They are not kind enough to answer the phone to make an appointment, they hang up the call (the new attendant on the evening shift is an arrogant person (she tells me with a sarcastic tone, that she is not alone to answer my call), and is annoyed by my comment I had more than an hour insisting that they respond to me and although she is not alone to answer my call, for patient care, she could well respond to give the service) very disappointed, my baby has been a patient since one month old and is already 2 years. This is the downside of wanting to have a family pediatrician. I recommend looking for a better option.
