★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque cita con el Dr. Fong por dolor en la vesícula y aunque explique que tenía dolor me dieron la cita a la semana...después de esperar una semana al llegar al consultorio me informan que “me estuvieron marcando” porque habían llegado 4 pacientes antes que yo, el doctor no había llegado y mi cita se iba retrasar 2 horas.
Me parece una completa falta de profesionalismo.
Pésimo
I made an appointment with Dr. Fong for gallbladder pain and although I explained that I had pain, they gave me the appointment a week ... after waiting a week when I arrived at the clinic, they informed me that "they were dialing me" because 4 patients had arrived. Before me, the doctor had not arrived and my appointment would be delayed 2 hours.
I find a complete lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es excelente y paciente; pero para hacer una cita es un calvario. TIENEN PROBLEMAS CON SU LÍNEA TELEFÓNICA desde hace mucho tiempo. No contestan y te la hacen super cansada; y a veces he pensado que la recepcionista no está de buen humor.
The doctor is excellent and patient; But to make an appointment is an ordeal. THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR TELEPHONE LINE for a long time. They do not answer and make you super tired; And sometimes I thought the receptionist is not in a good mood.
