Una consulta antes me dijo solo me cambiaria la resina y el dia que me la iba a hacer me dijo que supuestamente tenia la cavidad profunda, cuando unos dias antes me trato su hija y no me dijo nada de eso. No me dio ni el presupuesto, si no al final me dijo cuanto me cobraria. Lo unico que hizo fue hacerme un hoyo y taparlo, por que fui con otro dentista y aun tenia la raiz. Pesimo servicio. Nada profesional por parte de la doctora abby esther sanchez.
They did a root canal without informing me. A consultation before told me that he would only change the resin and the day he was going to do it he told me that he supposedly had a deep cavity, when a few days before his daughter treated me and he did not tell me anything about that. He didn't even give me the budget, if not at the end he told me how much he would charge me. The only thing he did was make a hole for me and cover it, because I went to another dentist and I still had the root. Terrible service. Nothing professional on the part of Dr. Abby Esther Sanchez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la doctora Abby. Llevé a mi hijo hace un par de meses para hacer una valoración y desde el principio le daba muchas vueltas al precio, me cambiaba la cantidad y me decía que necesitaba una cosa y después que era otra. Afortunadamente no me dió confianza así qué pedí la opinión de otros tres dentistas y todos me dijeron lo mismo, que me había querido estafar porque lo de mi hijo era una sola cosa y ella me inventó como tres, me alegra haberme informado antes de pagar el dineral que me quería cobrar.
El lugar está sucio y no le dan mantenimiento, la doctora es impuntual, nos citó a las 11 de la mañana y terminamos pasando media hora después. No lo recomiendo, hay opciones mucho mejores en Coatza.
