No es un medico de esos "manitas calientes" que busca operar lo necesites o no. Yo tengo casi 5 años atrndiendone con El y es excelente.
 Doctor Oscar Fernando, in addition to being an excellent doctor, is a very pleasant human person, he explains your problem in such a way that it is very clear that you have and what the solution is. He is not a doctor of those "hot hands" who seeks to operate whether you need it or not. I have been with him for almost 5 years and he is excellent.
