Llegue al lugar que es difícil de encontrar y estacionar con 20 minutos de anticipación, cuando llegue la secretaria me informó que la doctora se había ido. Desafortunadamente no tienen concepto de servicio al cliente/paciente.
I had a consultation planned for more than a month since I live outside the country. I arrived at the place that is difficult to find and park 20 minutes in advance, when I arrived the secretary informed me that the doctor was gone. Unfortunately they have no concept of customer / patient service.
