No es poco el dinero que inviertes en la plataforma y tienen un manejo por demás estricto y sin flexibilidad por el bien de ambas partes, por ello he contactado con PROFECO para ver la forma de dar por terminado el presente contrato sin tener que esperar un año más. Sus prácticas no son las de una plataforma que piensa en sus clientes, son las de una plataforma que piensa en sacar el mayor provecho posible aún a costa de la inconformidad de los clientes.

Rechazan las opiniones negativas diciendo que cuestiono la experiencia del médico... sólo puse que el tratamiento NO me funcionó y que además me envío un medicamento que estaba contraindicado para un padecimiento previo. Me hace dudar de la TRANSPARENCIA del servicio y si las demás reseñas están sesgadas.

I only put that the treatment did NOT work for me and that he also sent me a medication that was contraindicated for a previous condition. NO lo recomiendo a ningún profesional de la salud. Por un tiempo me sirvió para atraer pacientes (cuando mi contrato estaba con Doctoralia España), pero desde hace 9 meses el servicio presentaba muchas fallas técnicas que nunca nadie me resolvió, intenté cancelar y no me lo permitieron por el tipo de contrato. Esperé los 12 meses mínimos de permanencia y un mes antes llamé para que no se renovara el año (como me habían dicho hace meses que tenía que hacerlo). Hoy se cumplió el año y NO se respetó lo que acordamos vía telefónica y ya me hicieron nuevamente el cobro. He estado llamando para que me reembolsen el dinero ya que hay grabadas varias conversaciones donde solicito la cancelación del contrato y no hay manera de tener contacto con el equipo de bajas.
Sin dudarlo, Google mi negocio es la mejor alternativa y sin costo para darte a conocer y atraer pacientes. No gasten su dinero ni se enreden en contratos IMPOSIBLES de romper.
