★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima atención. La recepcionista completamente sin noción de atención al cliente. Llame llegue espere media hora nunca salió el doctor y la recepcionista sin darme una respuesta. No lo recomiendo para nada. Cuartos con personas internadas y uno pasa sin tomarse temperatura ni gel ni protocolos mínimos.
Terrible attention. The receptionist completely without notion of customer service. Call arrive wait half an hour never left the doctor and the receptionist without giving me an answer. I do not recommend it at all. Rooms with hospitalized people and one passes without taking a temperature or gel or minimal protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, me gustaría empezar a comentarle de acudimos por cuestiones familiares, venimos de San Cristóbal con preocupación de que algo malo pase a alguien que amamos mucho, recibimos un muy mal servicio, de manera grosera y poco moral. Comprobé su profesionalidad de Médicos, Enfermeras y Guardias de seguridad.
Pero ese mal de boca no se puede quitar tan fácilmente, siento que falle cómo hija y después me hacen sentir poco bienvenida a mi familia directa y después me entero que tratan a mi familiar internado groseramente en la madrugada. (Yo sé que no es todo tu personal y se agradece).
Discúlpame por calificarte tan mal pero la incomodidad es tan poderosa.
Excelentes profesionales, poco tacto hacía clientes.
Good afternoon, I would like to start by telling you that we came for family reasons, we came from San Cristóbal with concern that something bad might happen to someone we love very much, we received a very bad service, in a rude and unethical way. I checked their professionalism of Doctors, Nurses and Security Guards.
But that bad mouth can not be removed so easily, I feel that I failed as a daughter and then they make me feel unwelcome to my direct family and then I find out that they treat my interned relative rudely at dawn. (I know that is not all your staff and it is appreciated).
Forgive me for rating you so poorly, but awkwardness is so powerful.
Excellent professionals, little touch towards clients.
