★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no te avisan antes de imprimir que sus máquinas no sirven y cuando checas tus impresiones que están mal, se molestan que les digas, la dueña o gerente super grosera y les grita a sus empleados enfrente del cliente, es la 3era vez que lo hace en mi presencia. Era un buen negocio pero claro está que bajo su calidad en todo sentido.
Terrible service, they do not warn you before printing that their machines are not working and when you check your impressions that they are wrong, they bother you to tell them, the owner or manager is super rude and yells at her employees in front of the client, it is the 3rd time that he does it in my presence. It was a good business, but of course, it was low in quality in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi imprimir ahí porque vi buenas referencias del lugar pero desde mi experiencia es lo peor de lo peor, mande imprimir unas etiquetas con corte con registro, es un asco de trabajo; obviamente no es corte con registro, estan super chuecas, con los bordes blancos, y la impresion de bajisima calidad, he impreso las mismas etiquetas en otras imprentas y estas dejan demasiado que desear. Aunado a eso la señora que atiende ahi es super despota, parece la dueña o alguien encargado del lugar, contesta el telefono de mal humor y te habla como si fueras un ignorante agregando que lee habla super feo a sus empleados, la verdad no entiendo de donde salen las buenas referencias. Si pueden encontar otra opcion ni lo duden. Hablo desde mi experiencia. Yo no volveré jamás!!!
I decided to print there because I saw good references of the place but from my experience it is the worst of the worst, I ordered to print some labels with cut with registration, it is a disgusting job; obviously it is not a cut with registration, they are super crooked, with white borders, and the printing is of very low quality, I have printed the same labels in other printers and these leave much to be desired. In addition to that, the lady who attends there is super despot, she looks like the owner or someone in charge of the place, she answers the phone in a bad mood and speaks to you as if you were ignorant, adding that she reads her employees, the truth is that I do not understand Where do the good references come from? If you can find another option, don't hesitate. I speak from my experience. I will never go back!!!
