★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi archivo a medida exacta a lo que necesitaba y me lo redujeron haciendome perder lo que pague ahi, mi tiempo y haciendome quedar mal con mis clientes. Hable con Lorena de docu gomez palacio y ella me dijo que resolveria ese problema reinprimiendo mi archivo de nuevo sin costo extra. Docuprint en si si se hace responsable. Pero esta sucursal me dejo mal sabor de boca
I had my file tailored exactly to what I needed and they reduced it making me lose what I paid there, my time and making me look bad with my clients. I spoke with Lorena from docu gomez palacio and she told me that she would solve that problem by re-printing my file again at no extra cost. Docuprint itself is responsible. But this branch left a bad taste in my mouth

Aparte de que tenían dibujos para que los pequeños coloreen y mi niña se entretuvo ahí mientras yo recortaba.! Excelente Servicio y Actitud!
Excellent to print I took my documents in a memory and I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken care of apart from the good attitude of the girls who looked after me! Apart from that they had drawings for the little ones to color and my little girl was there while I cut out! Excellent Service and Attitude!
