 I liked the Service and Attention of Autopolanco, I did service to my Dodge, they fulfilled the commitment made. The Agency Super clean, friendly the treatment of the Advisor, simple explanations about the work done. I was very satisfied !!!

My appointment was at 8:30 and there was no one to receive my car. It took 30 min for someone to answer.

El día de la entrega me citaron temprano, yo pedí agendar más tarde para garantizar que estuviera terminado. Cuando llegué no lo tenían listo y estaba muy sucio.
Sabía que no me lo iban a entregar a tiempo, por eso pedí la cita más tarde y aún así tuve que esperar 1 hora en el lugar.
I took my car and it took 3 days for a brake pad change.
On the day of delivery they made an appointment for me early, I asked to schedule later to ensure it was finished. When I arrived they didn't have it ready and it was very dirty.
I knew they were not going to deliver it to me on time, so I made the appointment later and still had to wait 1 hour at the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimos en autoservicio... En 3 dias tenian lista mi camioneta por un cambio de aceite (no tenian) y eso que habia agendado cita 2 dias antes de la fecha. Mejor me fui a Chysler Kasa Naucalpan.
We suck at self-service... In 3 days they had my truck ready for an oil change (they didn't have one) and I had scheduled an appointment 2 days before the date. Better I went to Chysler Kasa Naucalpan.
