A	Ana Karen Colín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en estética, primero la chica que administra muy poco profesional, segundo, les explicas que es lo que necesita tu perrito y solo dicen si si, a mi niña le cortaron de más su pelito y lo peor de todo quedó dispareja, después te intentan culpar a ti por ser cliente de primera vez, lugar demasiado sucio y no usan cubrebocas; no lleven a sus perros a ese lugar, nada recomendable Terrible service in aesthetics, first the girl who manages very unprofessional, second, you explain to them what your dog needs and they only say yes, my girl had her hair cut off and worst of all it was uneven, then you They try to blame you for being a first time customer, too dirty place and they don't wear masks; do not take your dogs to that place, nothing recommended

N	Naru Lind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor Javier M. es excelente,también los doctores más jóvenes que trabajan en la sucursal de colinas, lamentablemente en la sucursal de Santa Lucía hay un doctor con el que he tenido algunas malas experiencias, creo que le falta el profesionalismo y educación de los doctores jóvenes de emergencias, por eso a pesar de que me queda más lejos, procuro ir a colinas. Siento que es un ambiente totalmente distinto! En mi familia hemos llevado a nuestras mascotas con el doc. Javier por años, han llevado tratamientos, los han internado y siempre han sacado adelante a mis mascotas. Me parece que los precios este último año se han reducido un poco lo que es muy bueno porque soy estudiambre pero me gusta que mis perros tengan la mejor atención :) No doy 5 estrellas por el Doc mal vibroso :b Dr. Javier M. is excellent, also the younger doctors who work in the hills branch, unfortunately in the Santa Lucía branch there is a doctor with whom I have had some bad experiences, I think he lacks the professionalism and education of the young emergency doctors, so even though it is further away, I try to go to the hills. I feel like it's a totally different environment! In my family we have taken our pets with the doc. Javier for years, they have taken treatments, they have hospitalized them and they have always brought my pets forward. C	Christian Vázquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER CARO LOS RX Y DE MUY MALA CALIDAD, TUVE QUE IR A OTRO LADO A QUE LAS SACARAN BIEN, ADEMAS DE QUE SEGUN TENIAN QUE ANESTESIAR A MI PERRITO, LO CUAL NO FUE NECESARIO SOLO LO HACEN PARA SACAR MAS, EL DIAGNOSTICO QUE DIERON NO FUE CORRECTO...CERO RECOMENDABLE THE RX'S ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE AND OF VERY POOR QUALITY, I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THEM OUT PROPERLY, IN ADDITION TO ACCORDING TO THEY HAD TO ANESTHESIZE MY DOG, WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY THEY ONLY DO IT TO GET MORE OUT, THE DIAGNOSIS THEY GAVE NO IT WAS CORRECT... ZERO RECOMMENDED

Desde entonces los he llevado a esta veterinaria con el Dr Javier Medrano; a vacunas, baño, cualquier enfermedad y para guardería cuando salgo de viaje. Excelente servicio en todo, no pienso cambiar de veterinaria. I have 6 cats, all adopted and the biggest one is 9 years old. Since then I have taken them to this veterinarian with Dr Javier Medrano; to vaccinations, bathroom, any illness and for daycare when I travel. Excellent service in everything, I will not change veterinary.

Antes de dar un diagnóstico a la ligera procuran tener los análisis correspondientes para poder dar el mejor diagnóstico y evitar malas sorpresas ¡¡¡Totalmente recomendable!!!
