Dog Service - 66240 San Pedro Garza García

Pésima experiencia! Lleve 2 yorkies y salieron muy peinados, en cuanto les tocó el pelo, parecía estropajo, y pensé que para la siguiente llevaba el shampoo y a los 2 días les veo pulgas, y hoy le quite a la chiquita 6 garrapatas!! NUNCA habían tenido, no salen de mi casa. Voy a decirles y la señora se ríe!! Y su respuesta fue que fumigan cada 3 meses!!! No vayan!!

Lleve a mis 2 pomerianos y le hicieron un súper mal trabajo no saben cortar pelo ! Mi perrita quedó con partes de pelo largas y otras cortas. No lleven a sus perros.

Super buen servicio. Mi perrito queda super limpio y oloroso después de un baño. El trato es amable y se nota que les importan las mascotas y que las cuidan.

Cometen muchos errores, mandan a estilistas que no saben cortar el pelo y no tienen maquina y después dicen que fue nuestro error.

PESIMA ATENCION AL CLIENTE, la persona encargada de programar los servicios fue sumamente grosero conmigo cuando hable para preguntar el porque no habían acudido a un servicio ya programado. PESIMO TRATO!!!! LAMENTABLE ?

Unfortunately, I never received any updates or photos/videos of my dog during his stay. When I asked questions, they replied until the next day and were not interested at all. I was worried about my dog. When I picked him up, I looked in the cameras he seemed to be in a room by himself like scared and in a corner. That's also the photo I received when I asked to have a photo sent right away the day I did. I don't know if he was treated well, honestly. I just had to pick him up and forget about this service. When my dog saw me, he was super happy (like I was rescuing him) and pushed me to leave right away. He went straight to the door. He also had an eye infection they didn't let me know about. When asked about it, the person that was in charge was dismissive and didn't care at all pretending it wasn't his business. I couldn't believe it. It seemed like they didn't even notice and didn't even clean my dog's morning dust in his eyes. I couldn't believe it. I asked the same person to give me a piece of paper to clean my dog's eyes. He went inside and dint have any clue of anything. I had to ask for more paper since he didn't have cotton and told him exactly what I needed. It didn't occur to him or he didn't even show care. I had to ask him if he had eye drops, and he said he had already asked without even letting me know, and said they didn't. Worst experience I ever had with my dog, unfortunately. Cannot recommend at all.
