★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Hace 3 años adopte a una cachorra y estaba malita, gracias a la doctora mi perrita esta muy bien, la estirilice con ella y no pudo estar en mejores manos. Siempre revisa y trata a mi mascota bien y con mucho cariño. Totalmente recomendada
Excellent service. 3 years ago I adopted a puppy and she was ill, thanks to the doctor my dog is very well, I sterilized her with her and she could not be in better hands. Always check and treat my pet well and with great affection. Fully recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran muy caro, ya ni en zonas más nice esta tan caro para un perro chico 470 corte y peinado y no me regreso el cambio pero esa fue mi culpa por andar distraída preocupada en dar indicaciones
They charge very expensive, not even in nicer areas is it so expensive for a small dog 470 cut and groomed and they don't return the change but that was my fault for being distracted worried about giving directions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal. Cortaron a mi perro en la última estética que hicimos. Al momento de entregarlo, la "dra" en vez de disculparse todavía la hizo de pex porque según ella sólo fue un cortecito.
Tuve que llevar a consulta a mi perro a otra veterinaria y gasté más. Cobran comisión adicional si quieres pagar con tarjeta.
La atención al cliente no es buena y tampoco es barato. Mal en general.
Wrong. They cut my dog in the last aesthetic we did. At the time of delivering it, the "dra" instead of apologizing still made her a pex because according to her it was only a cut.
I had to take my dog to another vet and I spent more. They charge additional commission if you want to pay by card.
Customer service is not good and it is not cheap either. Bad in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la señora es verdaderamente nefasta. Fue una amiga mía y me comentó algo parecido a lo que me ocurrió a mi hace unas semanas, y es por ello que me tomo la libertad de escribir esta reseña.
La señora asume o pretende que todos sepamos de animales y su salud como ella, lo que esta olvidando es el hecho de uno acude a servicios veterinarios justamente para que resuelvan, no para que se ponga a medirse su ego con el de un cliente que claramente necesita de sus servicios. Quizá esta facultada para atender animales, pero no para hablarle al cliente. En lo personal, no me sirve y estoy seguro que a muchos tampoco. Ojalá esta reseña, lejos de alejar a clientes, sea tomada como una observación porque en verdad va a dejar a muchos clientes como a mi y a mi amiga con mal sabor de boca...contraproducente para cualquier negocio.
En fin. Naturalmente acudí con otro proveedor y en cuestión de días mi perrita esta sana y salva y yo no tuve que calar las groserías de esta señora.
No vuelvo ni por equivocación.
The attention of the lady is truly disastrous. It was a friend of mine and she told me something similar to what happened to me a few weeks ago, and that is why I take the liberty of writing this review.
The lady assumes or pretends that we all know about animals and their health like her, what she is forgetting is the fact that one goes to veterinary services precisely for them to resolve, not to measure their ego with that of a client who clearly needs your services. Perhaps you are empowered to care for animals, but not to speak to the customer. Personally, it doesn't work for me and I'm sure it doesn't work for many either. Hopefully this review, far from alienating customers, is taken as an observation because it is really going to leave many customers like me and my friend with a bad taste in their mouths...counterproductive for any business.
Anyway. Naturally I went with another provider and in a matter of days my dog is safe and sound and I didn't have to take in the rudeness of this lady.
I won't go back even by mistake.
