★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré 2 bicicleta hace 3 días, sin embargo cuando las probé noté que en bajadas los frenos non son suficientes para hacer un frenado eficiente, y en mi caso tengo que usar la bicicleta donde existen entradas residenciales y es imposible en bajada frenar en caso de una salida o entrada de vehículo, por mi seguridad decidí regresar las bicicletas pero la empresa me argumenta que por seguridad no es posible realizar la devolución.
Es triste que se tomé tan a la ligera este tema, el día de ayer me comentaron que mi caso lo iban a analizar internamente y el día de hoy me dejaron de responder los mensajes
Nos es justo que si el producto no cumple con las necesidades de los clientes el cliente se tenga que aguantar y exponerse a accidentes.
I bought 2 bicycles 3 days ago, however when I tested them I noticed that on descents the brakes are not enough to make efficient braking, and in my case I have to use the bicycle where there are residential entrances and it is impossible to brake in the event of a downhill exit or entry of the vehicle, for my safety I decided to return the bicycles but the company argues that for safety it is not possible to make the return.
It is sad that I took this issue so lightly, yesterday they told me that my case was going to be analyzed internally and today they stopped answering my messages
It is fair to us that if the product does not meet the needs of the customers, the customer has to put up with it and be exposed to accidents.

Sin embargo al comprarlas y comenzar a utilizarlas te das cuenta que la acabados son de baja calidad, frenos inestables e inseguros, manubrio flojo, campanilla suena todo el tiempo. Al reportar esto y pedir devolución en menos de 24 horas les es fácil decir que no y que esos temas son mi percepción y mi seguridad no es importante. EN RESUMEN, GUARDEN SUS DINERO, MOLESTIAS Y NO COMPREN!!
DO NOT BUY! We passed by the place and we saw them and they are very beautiful. However, when you buy them and start using them, you realize that the finishes are of poor quality, unstable and unsafe brakes, loose handlebars, bell rings all the time. By reporting this and requesting a refund in less than 24 hours, it is easy for them to say no and that these issues are my perception and my security is not important. IN SUMMARY, SAVE YOUR MONEY, HASSLE AND DO NOT BUY !!
