Al personal le falta empatía y actitud de servicio.
Quieren que les digas exactamente nombre del producto y cantidad exacta.
No te motivan o ofrecen de una manera cordial y amable un envase para tu producto, prácticamente te amenazan y te culpan por no llevar tu tus recipientes para transportar lo que quieres comprar.
El problema es cuando eres cliente nuevo y desconoces el nombre del producto o su aroma.
Muy mala experiencia en esta sucursal.
Pides algún número para hablar con algún gerente o dueño y te dan el teléfono de la sucursal donde contestan ellos mismos.

Staff lack empathy and service attitude.
They want you to tell them exactly the name of the product and the exact quantity.
They do not motivate you or offer you in a cordial and friendly way a container for your product, they practically threaten you and blame you for not taking your containers to transport what you want to buy.
The problem is when you are a new customer and you don't know the name of the product or its aroma.
Very bad experience at this branch.
You ask for a number to speak to a manager or owner and they give you the phone number of the branch where they answer themselves.
