★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son de buena calidad y los precios no están mal, eso debo decirlo, pero el servicio a cliente es nefasto. Los dependientes platicando y uno parado ahí esperando ser atendido. No venden el producto a menos que sea en envases que ellos aprueben, lo cual no es malo, pero esa "aprobación" es el detalle y me terminan diciendo que me venden el envase también. Hoy quise comprar el mentado envase nada más, pero resulta que si no lleno el envase con algún producto, no me lo quieren vender.
The products are of good quality and the prices are not bad, I must say that, but the customer service is dire. The clerks talking and one standing there waiting to be attended. They do not sell the product unless it is in containers that they approve, which is not bad, but that "approval" is the detail and they end up telling me that they sell the package to me too. Today I wanted to buy the mentioned container only, but it turns out that if I don't fill the container with a product, they don't want to sell it to me.
