Supimos que la plataforma estaba llegando a México y decidimos sumarnos para ser de sus primeros colaboradores, la verdad es que nos ayudaron mucho porque no teníamos idea de cómo abrir una tienda en línea. Tiendanube nos resolvió muchas cosas, hizo que todo fuera más simple y con una inversión mucho menor a lo que cuesta montar un desarrollo propio. Seguimos explorando todas las opciones que tiene para brindar una buena experiencia al comprador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendado al 100% , la atencion de Ricardo fue excelente, ya que no podia llevarlo y coordino el transporte de mi casa hacia su hotel, al regresar de viaje mi perro no se queria ir, voy a regresar definitivamente a que conviva en el dogpark ya que su jardin esta muy grande, Felicidades

I had to make an express trip, they recommended this new hotel, I was surprised by the garden they have, I only left 2 days but my dwarfs were happy, very well attended, I highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de hotel para nuestras mascotas. Lleve a mi perrita y la cuidaron muy bien. Estaba muy asustada al inicio por ser un lugar nuevo. El personal le tuvo paciencia y la cuidaron. Muy buena comunicación durante toda la estancia. Me enviaron videos cada dia y me iban explicando como se portaba mi mascota. Lo recomiendo. Muy limpio el lugar. No son jaulas, son cuartos para cada perro con su camita y platito de comida. Cuentan con estancia por varios días, servicio de guardería, venta de artículos para mascotas y estética canina.
Excellent hotel service for our pets. I took my dog and they took great care of her. I was very scared at first because it was a new place. The staff was patient with her and took care of her. Very good communication throughout the stay. They sent me videos every day and they explained to me how my pet behaved. I recommend it. The place is very clean. They are not cages, they are rooms for each dog with its bed and food bowl. They have stays for several days, daycare service, sale of pet supplies and dog grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen las medidas de seguridad adecuadas. Me regresaron a mi perro con mordidas y rasguños en diferentes partes del cuerpo, con un ojo hinchado y rengueando al caminar. La solución que me brindaron fue que para “ mi tranquilidad” lo llevara a otro lugar a revisar.
Pésimo servicio, no regresaría ni recomiendo el lugar en absoluto.
Una verdadera lástima.
They do not have adequate security measures. My dog was returned to me with bites and scratches on different parts of the body, with a swollen eye and limping when walking. The solution they gave me was that for "my peace of mind" I took it to another place to check.
Terrible service, I would not return or recommend the place at all.
A real pity.
