Call us for the complaint and the owner doctor had the nerve to say that we were lying and that he gave options on Sunday to leave him in the clinic, which is NOT true, the way they dewormed him, they were between 3/5 milliliters and even he insists the cat was only given .1 when he wasn't even present. My cat died from so much medication, if he was sick this ended up making things worse. My cat never got better, on the contrary, it got worse, I don't know what they would do to him because the only thing I saw was like a silver paint on the wounds and you could see that he had bled a lot, two days passed and the cat was definitely weak, his wounds bled again and with a strong smell, my daughter called the vet to check it again and told him that he couldn't because they are too far away, what she did was take him to another place where they told him that the cat was too serious now, you go down defenses, infection in his wounds, bleeding in his little parts where they did not perform the sterilization well, they told him that there was nothing to do and they had to put him to sleep, I marked him and told the vet what they had done and he only washed his hands saying that he couldn't do anything, only that he didn't know what had happened, very bad service I don't recommend it at all the only thing they do is want to get money at the expense of the poor little animals, it hurt us so much to see my poor baby suffer and more than not or have treated well.
