Los entrenamientos son siempre progresivos, adaptados a la constitución de cada alumno, tanto a sus fortalezas como a sus limitaciones. Se respira, constantemente, tradición marcial; a la vez de las incorporaciones de la ciencia del deporte para evitar lesiones. Los compañeros son humildes y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Una gran opción para formar a los niños y jóvenes en un arte marcial con valores, disciplina y respeto. Así como una excelente opción para los adultos que buscan mantenerse sanos, fuertes y centrados.
