About Dolce Maria
La familia, el servicio y el buen comer fue mi primer contacto con la gastronomía en el restaurante de mis padres: Las Cazuelas.
A lo largo de 10 años me he formado en los fogones de México e Inglaterra, sirviendo en diversas mesas para desarrollar lo que hoy es Sazonerías, una empresa dedicada al servicio de comedores ejecutivos e industriales y al desarrollo de nuestro concepto de restaurante Dolce María, gastronomía ítalo-mexicana. Enfocados a elaborar una pizza artesanal que reúna todo lo que somos: la familia dedicada a servir y entregar lo mejor de nosotros.
En 1995 al 2000 cursé la licenciatura en Gastronomía de la Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, en la Ciudad de México. Mis deseos de conocer otras cocinas y desarrollos gastronómicos me llevaron en 2005 a 2007 al Westminster Kings College, en Londres, a estudiar Pastry Chef.
En esos años me desarrollé como Chef repostero en The Royal Automobile Club poseedor de una estrella Michelin al lado del Chef Philip Corrick, donde asistían personalidades como la Reina Isabel II.
Cursé un diplomado en Gestión y Administración de Restaurantes por la Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, de 2013 a 2015.
Como chef ejecutivo de Grupo Sazonerías soy la parte emprendedora y creativa de nuestro concepto de restaurantes Dolce María y Dolce María Express; he desarrollado e implementado el menú y servicio en comedores industriales como Microsoft México, Seguros Renamex, Laboratorios Kendrick, Adidas, Ferromex, entre otros.

The waitress was very nice, but the owner was simply over cautious about covid measures... I think that the same type of patrons will be very satisfied with this place
