★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se adquirió un servicio, y se solicito un cambio en la caja (cambiar dulces por cacahuates o botana salada, por lo cual fue un costo extra de $100) y solo cambiaron por una bolsita de cacahuates. El paquete según traía dos cervezas y las cambiaron por un jugo y un refresco sin avisarnos.
Cuando se envio un mensaje al WhatsApp para comentarlo solo nos dejaron en "lo checamos" y ya no volvieron a contestar.
Eso fue lo único que no nos gustó, lo demás que decía el paquete si venia incluído y también fueron muy puntuales.
Al menos la persona que lo recibió estaba contento.
A service was purchased, and a change was requested in the box (change sweets for peanuts or a salty snack, for which it was an extra cost of $ 100) and they only changed for a bag of peanuts. The package according to it brought two beers and they exchanged them for a juice and a soft drink without notifying us.
When a message was sent to WhatsApp to comment on it, they only left us in "we checked it" and they did not answer again.
That was the only thing we did not like, the rest that the package said if it was included and they were also very punctual.
At least the person who received it was happy.
