Llegué media hora antes de la hora de entrega acordada y me encuentro con que no está el pastel que pedí, la razón que me dieron es que se terminaron los ingredientes y no pudieron hacerlo... Me ofrecieron otro pastel con 10% descuento, igual no arregla la falta de compromiso para cumplir con lo acordado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada que está en caja muy amable y cortes, pero la señorita que te atiende y te da lo que pides es tan grosera, se molesta porque le pides un producto más, aunado que ella se equivocó en lo que pedí; después llega un cliente y le voltea los ojos al ver que el toma un producto del refrigerador, pero lo más grosero que hizo fué que al pedirle una servilleta más, hace la expresión: AASHH!! y voltea los ojos!!
Que grosera!! , falta de calidad en su atención y poca calidad de persona; ese tipo de personal no es para tan reconocida pastelería.
Tanto desempleo que hay, si no le gusta lo que hace, mejor sería que deje es e lugar a alguien que lo quiera y que tenga ganas de trabajar, porque lo único que hace es desprestigiar la pastelería.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles son ricos, pero el trato de u o de los chicos q están en mostrador no muy bueno, según el horario de cierre es a las 9 eran las 7 y nos hizo una mala cara y un ash q q barbaro, si por contingencia el cierre del negocio es más temprano que lo pongan en un letrero y no hagan mala cara.
