Our Commitment

We are proud to be a company that always seeks to care for the fair treatment of our collaborators, given that they are the main engine of this organization. They are the ones who allow us to bring to the world the wide variety of sweets that Mexico has to offer, all made with love, dedication and experience. Principles applied in each of the factories, and in many cases homes, where entire families are dedicated to the manufacture of one single sweet, thus preserving its tradition and quality, following to the letter the recipes of their ancestors who have been passed down through generations.

We believe that our responsibility as a mexican company is to seek the wellbeing of every person that´s involve in the making of this project, thus contributing our little grain of sand towards a more just and empathetic country, in which we seek to help each other.

This is why when we started Dulce Alma, we always promised ourselves to promote local consumption, which is why our packaging is handmade by artisans who, through their work and art, reflect the talent that characterizes them and many other mexicans.

En Dulce Alma nos enorgullecemos de ser una empresa que busca siempre cuidar el trato justo de nuestros colaboradores, ya que son ellos el motor principal de esta organización. Son ellos quienes nos permiten presentar al mundo la gran variedad de dulces que México tiene por ofrecer, todos elaborados con cariño, dedicación y experiencia. Principios aplicados en cada una de las fábricas, y en muchos casos hogares, en donde familias enteras se dedican a la manufactura de un solo dulce, conservando así, su tradición y calidad, siguiendo al pie de la letra las recetas de sus antepasados que han sido transmitidas por generaciones.

Creemos que nuestra responsabilidad como empresa 100% mexicana, es procurar a todos los trabajadores involucrados de manera directa e indirecta con Dulce Alma, aportando así, nuestro pequeño grano de arena hacía un país más justo y empático, en el que se busque ayudarnos los unos a los otros.
