★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían explicar desde la llamada el protocolo, al menos decir que vas a pagar la primer cita sólo para una valoración, ya que se va con la necesidad de atención a la molestia y no se consigue tal cosa, prácticamente regalas tu dinero si no decides tomar su plan de tratamiento.
They should explain the protocol from the call, at least say that you are going to pay for the first appointment only for an assessment, since you leave with the need for attention to the discomfort and such a thing is not achieved, you practically give your money away if you do not decide to take your treatment plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4) Con el Dr. Mauricio ( nuevo Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan) no
hubo una buena comunicación de parte de la encargada Lic. Valeria de la
Sucursal Patio Tlalpan , que iba a tratar, ya que los masajes no se me aclaró,
desde un principio, que son terapéuticos locales, es decir de la parte afectada,
y el Dr. Mauricio (Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan) al preguntarme
mi estado de evolución, tuvo poca atención de atenderme, mejor decidí que
atendiera el Dr. Luis (Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan), pero
desafortunadamente, se cambió de sucursal.
5) En otra ocasión me tocaba cama de tracción de cuello, y el Dr. Mauricio
(Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan), quiso hacerme cama de tracción
de espalda baja, le pregunté por qué, se me cambiaba y sobre todo no se
comunicaba, se molestó y me dio un trato hostil.
6) Solicite hablar con la encargada de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan Lic. Valeria y el
Dr. Mauricio (Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan): le hice la aclaración
de la falta de comunicación, y organización del cambio del fisioterapeuta Dr.
Luis, (Fisioterapeuta de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan) se quedó: en comunicarme,
que me tocaba en cada sesión y darme excelente servicio, nuevamente no se
cumplió.
7) Por otro lado en las dos valoraciones examen de columna vertebral, escáner
de pisada, escáner de columna vertebral, Radiografías, (radiografías de todo el
cuerpo) , solicite a las Quiroprácticos de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan a la Dra.
Zaira González y Dra. Dani, las radiografías de dichas valoraciones, se tardaron
mucho tiempo, además entregaron los estudios sin interpretación, y sin nombre
de las quiroprácticos .
8) El día 1/03/2022 acudo, para ajuste a las 11 a.m. a la Sucursal de Patio
Tlalpan, pasaron a varios pacientes para ajuste, y seguí esperando, hasta que
pregunté, si me iban pasar, si no para retirarme. La Dra. Dani (Quiropráctico de
la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan) al hacerme el ajuste, me atendió, pero con una actitud
hostil, me lastimo un pie y espalda baja haciendo estiramiento. Ese mismo día
solicité la cita 04/marzo/2022 para masaje, ya que la Dra. Dani (Quiropráctico
Sucursal Patio Tlalpan), me comentó, que agendará para masaje. El día
1/03/2022 no se presentó a laborar encargada de la sucursal Patio Tlalpan Lic.
Valeria, por lo tanto, no pude reportar, el pésimo servicio que recibí de la Dra.
Dani (Quiropráctico de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan).
9) El día viernes 4/marzo/2022 a las 9:30 a.m. me presente para masaje, la Dra.
Dani (Quiropráctico de la Sucursal Patio Tlalpan) .-Me comentó que pasará para
"AJUSTE", le dije me toca "MASAJE", me respondió .- que no me tocaba
masaje y que no estaba programada. ¡¡¡¡Le volví remarcar, que estaba
programada para masaje, me dolía el hombro, toda la espalda y había subido la
rigidez?! ¡¡¡¡En eso salió la encargada de la sucursal Patio Tlalpan Lic. Valeria
