The atv ride was great. Kind of hoped we'd be riding them on the beach but we did half on the street half in the jungle. Amazing fun either way.

Amazing experience! They took good precautions with COVID. Marco was great and made it very enjoyable! We were able to enjoy food and spend time by the beach afterwards. Only complaint would the price of the photos.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Katina our trainer was wonderful with us and Scarlett and Angelica our dolphins certainly entertained us. The cost of the experience is well worth it (and much cheaper than in Jamaica, Dominican and Cuba). The only negative is the cost of the photo's. They expect people to pay $140 usd for 8 digital pics - no thanks. If they were smart, they would offer picture pkg at say $40 usd - most people would probably buy then - I know I would have..

Normally I don't rate places really low but the experience outside of being in the water with the dolphins was horrible. We had 3 families with us that took part in the dolphin experience. When we arrived they tried to sell us a photo package for 1 - 6x8 printed photo and access to the digital photos for $270 USD per family, but couldn't answer how many digital photos we would receive. Ok, we say no thanks to the photos and then proceed to lunch. Lunch was included and good but as soon as our food came we had to head to our dolphin experience. Our server gave us an attitude and blamed us for not telling him the dolphin experience time when it is located on the lunch voucher. The dolphin experience was really great and a photographer took pictures the entire time. We ended that experience and proceeded down to go eat our lunch that was kept warm for us. The server tells us that drinks are not included and no prices are given. We finish up our lunch and the server tells us we owe $24 USD (3 bottles of water at $6 each and 2 Cokes at $3 each). A bit outrageous in my eyes and sort of a shell game. We didn't drink one of the waters and I asked the waiter to take it back and remove the $6 from the $24 which would have brought us to owing $18. The waiter said he would do so, took the bottle of water away and then proceeded to tell my brother that we owed $24. At this point I'm getting pretty angry. Simply be honest and we would be more than willing to tip you well and take care of you. We leave this area a bit frustrated and proceed on to the area where they offered us pictures. We ended up getting all of the pictures digitally for $300 split amongst three families($100/family). Moral of the story is be cautious with this place. There's some shady things going on in my opinion. Transparency is key and if they want to keep up their tourism they better get their stuff together. Hoping this helps someone in the future so they don't experience the same pain that we did.

This place is absolutely amazing, the dolphins are so loved by The trainers they are loved and cared for like they are their own children, they have a beautiful habitat and it's nothing like some of the other places. Fernando is brilliant, u are guaranteed to leave feeling happy! He is so knowledgeable and the dolphins care is his priority, this vist was life changing, thank you to the team and especially Fernando! ???

We had an amazing experience with Scarlett, Angelica, and their excellent trainer Catya! The dolphins seemed happy, very well trained and loved. Our favorite part was getting to swim alongside them and the photographs are something we will cherish forever! Highly recommend anyone to try this amazing adventure! Thanks again to Catya for making this such an amazing and memorable experience!

Came here for the dolphin discover using gocity pass. This is a actual resort. I upgraded my tour for $20 per person 50% off maybe due to off season. Lots of free parking, the resort has its own beach and lots of chairs. When I went free of charge, also come with a free lunch but no water that's a bummber. This place also has a strabucks inside awesome! The dolphin is actually inside a pool but without any cover, free lifejacket. I recommend you to wear a hat as it is really sunny. There is free shower right downstairs, be sure to bring change of cloth and towel. No shampoo or soap provided. The whole encounter takes about 40-50 mins you will have 2-3 other families in your groups each of you take turns to play with dolphin.
