★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual time with the Dolphins was fantastic, the trainers were great and helpful. Highly recommend this activity and would have given a 4 star except for the (super expensive) pictures money grab and not being able to take our own. Save some money and buy tickets online.

This place is absolutely disgusting - there are around 15 dolphins and 3 seals (and those were the ones we saw) trapped in tiny and shallow caged ponds, just waiting to be entertainment to humans in exchange for $100. They stay in the same tiny ponds all day and night, they are constantly around noise as they are near all the restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Aventuras, and the water is filthy. This business should be ashamed of themselves keeping these incredible, beautiful, intelligent animals in such horrendous conditions.
Before you consider swimming with dolphins (in this establishment or any others), please do your research about the dolphins welfare when they are being held captive - and consider going to see them in their wild, natural habitat instead.
