Absolutely wonderful experience and would recommend this to anyone. Make sure you come with your money because your gonna want to take home the wonderful pictures that were captured of the experience. The staff was kind, helpful, informative, and friendly.

We swam with dolphins! The facility and the staff made the whole experience wonderful.

If you're looking for a family place that's worth the money this place is the one for you! We got to swim with the dolphins and enjoy the park as a combined deal. The dolphins were in great shape and most were born in captivity so we didn't feel as bad partaking in the activity. They don't allow cameras or phones so you have to pay for the photos yourself. If you're in a group they split the photos to make you buy them separately so one package of prints can't be shared throughout the group. The Best package would be to get them emailed to you. We got a special deal for 90pp with the park admission but photos cost 109 for email and 2 prints. ??‍♀️ Other than that it was well worth the experience.

The staff was friendly and our trainer, Daphne was knowledgeable and friendly. Their locker and shower area needs some updating.

5 star for value and friendliness of staff. Our guide Jose(Juan) was super knowledgeable. New his stuff. Helped out the kids to feel more relaxed... After all they had never seen a dolphin before In their lives. The place smelled decently like fish but other than that top notch. Very clean. Cheapest dolphin shows compared to Isla mujeres.

My wife and I were here December 4, 2021. We had an early morning session. I was a bit apprehensive about supporting such a place. I am not an eco warrior, but, I do feel bad about animals, especially very intelligent animals, being held in captivity. We use the concierge at our hotel to book everything, so when I explained to them how I felt about the Dolphins, they respectfully explained..... like it or not, those Dolphins will never be released back into the wild. If people stop going, the place will close and who knows what will happen to the animals. She went on to say, Dolphins are incredibly intelligent, curious and absolutely require stimulation. So by interacting with them, you help them stay stimulated. After thinking about it that way, we decided to go play with the Dolphins. We had a good time. My wife was smiling the whole time and was so happy to play with the Dolphins. I also enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The staff was professional and informative. Information was provided in English y Español. This is not a budget activity. I would highly recommend and my wife is already planning to return.

It was an absolutely amazing family experience. The staff was friendly, courteous , knowledgeable and kind. The dolphins were smart and gentle. It was a prices less experience The photos however cost a grip but were well worth the price.

Though overall experience was great but the prices were a little expensive. There exciting thing is to swim with a dolphin but If you don't know how to swim then it would be a waste. If you can't swim you can still interact with the dolphin, touch them, and get kissed by them. Make sure you get towels and extra clothes with you. If you have phones, lockers cost around $15 but it's better to keep your phone till the end and they will give you a place to keep your shoes and you can put all your stuff there and save the locker fee.
