★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place! Wish I had paid more attention to which package I chose bc my encounter was limited compared to others. I just wish they didn't charge so much money for the pictures. It cost over $200 for pictures with the dolphins. But it was a magical experience to be this close to such a beautiful animal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This experience was the highlight of our trip to Cozumel! After booking a shore excursion through Norwegian Cruise Line, our group made their way to the all inclusive resort and into the pool for an intimate dolphin experience. Our trainer, Alfonso, was skilled and kind, making our 40 minutes with Olympia (our fruendly neighborhood dolphin) feel like hours had gone by.
Afterwards, the all inclusive lunch and cocktail package made for a nice afternoon in which we spent savoring the blue hues of the ocean. A beautiful and breathtaking experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did this excursion because of the high rating. Did not disappoint. Staff was wonderful and getting in the water with dolphins was epic. Kisses, belly ride, listened to heart beat and several other things. Relaxed atmosphere and just beautiful. Lunch and bar on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've done this twice now. Once without my kids, then once with. I have a 12, 11, and 5 year old. The five year old barely swims. Even with floaties, but they got him out there, and he got to do one of the swims. They other her couldn't keep his leg straight for, so he didn't do much of that, but they did what they could for that one. They also gave cool encounters where swimming isn't involved. I was very impressed with how they helped him and how safe I felt he was.
I do question the ethics of it, but looking at the dolphins, I think they may be rehabilitated dolphins that otherwise won't make it in the wild, and they are at the edge of the ocean. I think that's better? They have a pretty big middle enclosure, but some others are small.
The manatees area also cool to interact with.
Yes, the photos are expensive. I think they are totally worth it. I bought three full package both times. They are incredible photos, and professional family portraits are similarly priced for a photo session with photos of that quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent time here on an excursion through Norwegian Cruises. Mauricio was a great host and Miguel was spectacular with the dolphins. The staff was passionate about the care of every animal and approached the activities with respect for the dolphins and safety for everyone as a priority. We opted for the VIP Experience through Norwegian, which offered food, drinks, and a special surprise. It was worth every penny and the food was some of the best we had. Try the App sampler and the ceviche. You won't be disappointed. The belly ride on the dolphin was the highlight of our trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had an opportunity to do this in the states and I’m so happy I did it here first! I believe our trainer’s name was Amir? Apologize if I’m wrong but he was amazing and funny and it was 100% an experience that we won’t forget. This was our last stop on a cruise we took through the area and it definitely was a highlight of the trip. We opted for the all inclusive package which includes food and drinks. Be warned that the photos are very expensive and you can’t bring your own phone/camera into the pool area. I was part of a party of three and we paid $150 for 9 photos (3 of each of us). You’ll want the photos to remember the experience, though. Also, showers before and after are mandatory as sunscreen can seriously harm the dolphins so don’t apply any before going (even tho the showers are still mandatory lol) Overall, 5 stars for the experience and opportunity to be up-close with dolphins and gorgeous view. Oh, and they offering snorkeling as well if you choose to do that after the dolphin swim & ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased tickets at the kiosk at the end of the ship. I've done dolphin swims before and my girlfriend had not. We were able to buy a swim with and not swim with the dolphins pass, that included food, drinks and snorkeling. We both had a great time, it was fun very efficient, with lots of dolphin time for the participants. We will return and recommend to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This excursion was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely do it again. Pictures are pricey, but worth it to us. Of course, if we do it again we won't do the package, but for 2 people the package was $149. They let you pick out 2 to make a 8x10 pic to take with you, and they email you all the rest. I believe we had 36 pics all together, so really not too bad for a lifetime experience. Reyes, was awesome!!! He took very good care of us and we were definitely treated as VIP.
