★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's disgraceful that this hotel keeps dolphins in captivity. Stumbling upon this horrendous facility definitely discouraged me from coming back to Bahia Principe for a holiday. Keeping dolphins in a small pool and forcing them to do tricks for primitive amusement or photos with guests is inhumane and disgusting. Please do not support such facilities and if you want to see dolphins then go on a boat trip to see some wild dolphins in their natural habitat in the Sea. Be kind and respectful towards animals. Bahia Principe tries to brand itself as a Sustainable place but clearly, it's just for show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dolphinaris Tulum at Bahia Principe Hotel experience was so much fun. The reason I say that is because you have the actual Dolphins from the ocean that are swimming around the hotel. I was able to capture some on video and really enjoy my experience. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across the dolphin enclosure and was in awe of seeing these beautiful creatures. They did a little show and we were told we could get in the water with them ride them even stand on them??! This is just so cruel. The pool is tiny and me and my husband walked away feeling very upset because this just isn't right. This resort is absolutely amazing but sadly i do not support this part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not support such a place! The habitat is smaller than some of the pools in the resort. I did not get up very close so I am not sure how deep it is but it did not look very deep. I did see the dolphins and they did not look too happy. Could you imagine being stuck in a small kiddie pool where you can hear and smell the ocean that is right next door and there is nothing you can do about it. They tote being an animal eco habitat and charge you a mandatory $10 fee towards the preservation then they keep two beautiful dolphins captive in a oversized bathtub, it's disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience to swim with dolphins. It was 109$ for 45 min experience and additional for all pictures which is amazing since one picture was 50$ and for all of them is 75$ per person and there are a lot of pictures . It was very fun an interacting. Something to remember for sure.
