★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La califico con 4 estrellas dedido a qué las micas o vidrios que están detrás de las gradas están muy sucios y escurridos, por lo que el acompañante del alumno no tiene buena visibilidad, les sugiero limpiar esa zona, por lo demás está bien en general

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo… es muy raro que tengan agua caliente en las albercas y mucho menos en las regaderas, y la alberca grande nunca está disponible… además de que tienen saturados sus horarios y no tienen un control, y sobre todo la actitud… diferentes amigas se han tenido que cambiar de escuela por la actitud que tiene la señorita… pareciera que tienen algo en contra de las mujeres porque únicamente se porta grosera con las mujeres. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es muy buena. Resolvieron todas mis dudas con paciencia. La maestra Rosario es excelente para enseñar, muy empática y con mucha actitud.
El agua está tibia, hay regaderas (con agua tibia) vestidores, WC para hombres y mujeres.
Le pongo 4 estrellas porque siento que le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones (luces en los baños, usar ácido acético para desempañar los ventanales por ejemplo). Por lo demás estoy satisfecha con el trato y atención ?
The attention of the staff is very good. They answered all my questions patiently. Teacher Rosario is excellent at teaching, very empathetic and with a lot of attitude.
The water is warm, there are showers (with warm water), dressing rooms, WC for men and women.
I give it 4 stars because I feel that the facilities lack a bit of maintenance (lights in the bathrooms, using acetic acid to defog the windows for example). For the rest I am satisfied with the treatment and attention ?
