★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados son muy ricos y tienen sabores fuera de lo normal, el concepto es bueno y creo que puede mejorar un poco, los precios son regulares pero manejan promociones que te hacen disfrutar mejor la experiencia, el helado de cajeta me gustó mucho. Creo que sin duda alguna volveré a disfrutar de estos helados en otra ocasión.
The ice creams are very rich and have unusual flavors, the concept is good and I think it can improve a bit, the prices are regular but they run promotions that make you better enjoy the experience, I liked the cajeta ice cream a lot. I think without a doubt I will enjoy these ice creams another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. El chavo que atiende tiene una actitud nefasta. Te atiende como si te estuviera haciendo un favor. Además te da las porciones muuuuy raquíticas, las bolas te las da como bolitas, y las bebidas a 3/4 del vaso de su capacidad, siendo que en otras sucursales te las dan llenas. El servicio al cliente no es lo de él.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The guy who attends has a disastrous attitude. He treats you like he's doing you a favor. It also gives you sooo very rickety portions, the balls are given to you as balls, and the drinks at 3/4 of the glass of their capacity, being that in other branches they give them full. Customer service is not his thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré la malteada de fresa, ni siquiera pusieron tapita para mi hijo de 2 años que todavía derrama líquido, van varias veces que vamos y nunca tienen. El vaso como se muestra ni siquiera está lleno y lo cobran completo. En Plaza Galerías incluye sin costo alguno la crema batida y aquí al solicitarla me querían cobrar 6 pesos extras. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
I bought the strawberry milkshake, they didn't even put a lid for my 2-year-old son who still spills liquid, they go several times that we go and never have. The glass as shown is not even full and they charge it full. In Plaza Galerías it includes whipped cream at no cost and here when requesting it they wanted to charge me 6 extra pesos. Terrible customer service.
