★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado muy rico y todo , pero el servicio al cliente pésimo, Las empleadas se comportaron muy déspotas a tal punto de no voltear a ver cuándo uno llega a comprar siendo que no había nadie más comprando solo yo y no querían atender por estar huevoniando y eso que eran 3 chicas y hasta que les dije si había servicio si o no y hasta se enojaron por qué pregunté, sé que por temporada de lluvias el flujo de clientes baja, y los trabajadores puedes relajarse pero pues no es para que traten a los clientes de esa manera.
The ice cream was very rich and everything, but the customer service was lousy, The employees behaved very despotic to the point of not turning to see when one comes to buy, since there was no one else buying only me and they did not want to attend because they were boating and That was 3 girls and until I told them if there was service, yes or no and they even got angry why I asked, I know that due to the rainy season the flow of customers goes down, and the workers can relax but it is not for them to treat the clients that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las Nieves están muy ricas pero el personal prepotente: Al llegar al lugar nos pidieron a gritos que esperamos a fuera ( Cosa que entendemos por cuestión de Covid) pero no fue la manera de decirnos, nos salimos y esperamos afuera, llegaron más personas y aún nosotros esperando afuera atendieron a los que llegaron después de nosotros, cuando les comentamos nos dijeron gritando nuevamente que ella no sabe y que va entrando pero con una actitud agresiva… Por lo cual decidimos retirarnos del lugar sin consumir

worst service. They force you to wear a mask when the WHO said they are not effective and promote disease. Staff are more interested in being mask police than providing service
