El trato al cliente es malisimo y el nivel profesional que manejan es horrible.
Pésima experiencia tuve cono cliente en ese negocio y con esas personas.
Definitivamente no volveré a trabajar con ellos.
NO LOS RECOMIENDO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos tenido una situación con al parecer el dueño Fernando Arroyo Sotelo, solicitamos un cable se hizo la compra Confiando que nos venderían el requerimiento que solicitamos a su Secretaria, Nuestro cliente pidió un cambio porque no cumplía con las especificaciones de lo que nos entregaron, Solicitamos el cambio no la devolucion para seguir trabajando, a lo cual MUY CERRADS nos dicen que no aceptan Devoluciones ni Cambios!! CUIDADO CON ESTE NEGOCIO DE VERDAD!. -El Señor Gritó!!, Colgó la llamada!!, Nos llamó Mentirosos!! una falta grande de Profesionalismo, Alegando que "en mi tierra no hay Cambios".
Pésimo Servicio, y pésimo nivel de profesionalismo.
We have had a situation with apparently the owner Fernando Arroyo Sotelo, we requested a cable, the purchase was made Trusting that they would sell us the requirement that we requested from their Secretary, Our client asked for a change because it did not meet the specifications of what they gave us, We requested the change does not return it to continue working, to which VERY CLOSED tell us that they do not accept Returns or Exchanges !! BEWARE OF THIS REAL BUSINESS !. -The Lord Shouted !!, He hung up the call !!, He called us Liars !! a great lack of professionalism, claiming that "in my land there are no changes".
Terrible Service, and terrible level of professionalism.
