Te atienden unos chavitos super inexpertos, que te ofrecen con una seguridad que rentarán tu inmueble en máximo un mes, pero dentro de su speech dicen que en una o dos semanas ya está rentado y ocupado, obviamente nunca pasa.
Te ofrecen que te irán a colocar anuncios de renta, que te darán seguimiento especializado, que te subirán a sus portales y que harán visitas continuas, y nada de eso pasa, nunca colocaron ningún anuncio, es más, en el plazo de un mes que estipulaba el contrato, jamás se aparecieron, ni ellos ni un cliente.
Pero eso sí, te hacen firmar un contrato de exclusividad donde si tu llegas a rentar por tu cuenta, te quieren cobrar como si ellos hubieran hecho el trabajo.
Es mejor intentar rentar por tu cuenta que con una agencia tan inexperta.
UNA TOTAL PERDIDA DE TIEMPO en el que se hubiera podido seguir promoviendo por cuenta propia, y cuando terminó el plazo ni siquiera fueron para dar cuentas de lo que hicieron, o cualquier señal de vida.
Como las criadas, sin avisar.
