★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados clientes nos sentimos na obrigação de informá los com a referencia a primeira e única reclamação que tivemos em relação a este cidadão que alega ter sido mal atendido e que apenas um sensor trocamos de sua esteira, que isso não é verdade a esteira dele é importada e não existe peça no Brasil e só nos mechemos com este tipo de esteira por que a concorrência não pega para concerto , alega o mesmo que sugerimos uma outra esteira para que ele pegasse a diferença motivo pelo qual a nossa tentativa de concerto para atende lo não deu certo , porem isso foi comunicado para ele como fazemos com todos os clientes que tem esteiras importadas por que sem a peça original é impossível garantir o bom funcionamento do equipamento e que caso não desse certo ele deveria nacionalizar a esteira o que ficaria basicamente no valor mais ou menos na troca de outra já nacional ,quanto ao setenta reais alegado pelo mesmo que foi cobrado pelo orçamento é por que ele mora na serra sede e nos estamos situados em vila velha essa é a verdade dos fatos e é importante que agente olhe que esse senhor não reclama só da gente e sim de vários estabelecimentos aqui no Google . Levou minha esteira para a sua oficina e antes de qualquer orçamento já cobrou 70 reais, posteriormente orçado o valor quis incluída serviços não necessários, por fim paguei 435 reais para troca de um sensor de velocidade, o qual foi adaptado, não original da minha esteira que deu problema no dia seguinte após entrega da esteira.
Profissional não trabalha com notas ou recibos e não cumpriu a garantia do serviço que era de 3 meses segundo o mesmo , indagou que seria melhor eu trocar a esteira por uma que ele tinha em estoque e voltar mais dinheiro ou então pagar mais 800 reais para fazer uma Adaptação do sensor. Por fim fiquei sem esteira e com um prejuízo de 435 reais.não recomendo o profissional.

He took my treadmill to his workshop and before any budget already charged 70 reais, then budgeted the amount wanted included services not needed, finally I paid 435 reais to exchange a speed sensor, which was adapted, not original from my treadmill which gave trouble the next day after delivery of the treadmill.
Professional does not work with bills or receipts and did not fulfill the guarantee of the service that was 3 months according to the same, asked that it would be better for me to change the mat for one that he had in stock and to return more money or to pay another 800 reais to do Adapting the sensor. Finally I was without a treadmill and with a loss of 435 reais. I do not recommend the professional.

Minha esteira por ser importada teve o atendimento negado de outras empresas de conserto. No entanto a domínio não só aceitou fazer o serviço como disse que tinha muito conhecimento com as esteiras importadas.
E eu fiquei muito satisfeita !
