★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que tengo mala experiencia en cuanto a servicio en línea, la primera vez a los 50 min. De no llegar mi pedido hablé para saber q sucedía y resultó q no se había registrado en el sistema y su solución fue ofrecerse a tomar nuevamente mi orden ? y hoy casi lo mismo, me dijeron q tenían muchos pedidos y q demoraría de 40 a 50 min. Mi pedido, ok aceptamos, cómo no llegaba, hablé y me dijo la persona q me contestó, contesta déspota y ni me solucionó, solo dijo q se pondrían en contacto con el repartidor para q se comunicara conmigo directamente a la llegada a mi domicilio, nunca se apareció, por tal motivo espero q tomen cartas en el asunto, porque por lo q veo no soy la primera persona a la q le dan un mal servicio....... les pongo una estrella solo porque sino no puedo comentar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardo más de hora y media en llegar mi pedido, llego sin condimentos y fría, trate de comunicarme a la sucursal y el teléfono no sirve y por el 800, la página donde ordene, y WhatsApp todo es automatizado y nadie responde... pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular a malo el servicio, muy bonito el lugar pero demasiada gente, en cuestión de estacionamiento hay lugar suficiente en la zona, en cuestión del servicio lento a comparación de otros de la zona y además no reconocen los puntos WOW en esta sucursal no los hacen válidos aunque aparezca en la app y ya descontados, el sabor de las pizzas normal.
Regular to bad service, very nice place but too many people, in terms of parking there is enough space in the area, in terms of slow service compared to others in the area and also they do not recognize the WOW points in this branch they do not do them valid even if it appears in the app and already discounted, the taste of normal pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza mediana es hiperchiquita. Con la entrega a domicilio el pago es de contado, llegó en 30minutos. Había cotizado y ordenado la pizza de $199 y al momento de pagar me dice que la cantidad es superior...se equivocaron en mi orden.
The medium pizza is super small. With home delivery the payment is in cash, it arrived in 30 minutes. I had quoted and ordered the pizza for $199 and at the time of payment it tells me that the amount is higher...they made a mistake in my order.
